Get API Token Plugin

The Get API Token plugin allows Kettle scripts to log in to the Campaign Manager API and get an authentication token. This token can be used for transformations, and by later steps in the process.

 The scripts in this directory need to be run in Kettle, an open-source ETL package. There are three ways of running the scripts:

1. With a user interface, using a Kettle application called 'Spoon' (you can use Spoon to edit and debug the scripts).
2. From a command line, using a Kettle application called 'Kitchen'.
3. From another Kettle script using the 'Job' step.
